Rewards

We believe that pupils who go above and beyond deserve to be recognised—and that this may look different for every young person.

Through our Aim to Excel (ATE) programme, teachers award an ATE Point in each lesson to a student who has demonstrated exceptional effort, engagement or progress. Students can also earn Horizons Awards by taking part in clubs and activities, serving their community, supporting others and contributing positively to wider school life.

Rewards points can be spent in our rewards shop on everything from breakfast items and footballs to days out and prom tickets. Students who earn the highest number of points are also offered exciting opportunities, including school trips and residential experiences.
