Dear Parent/ Carer,

Despite the site being closed to other year groups tomorrow the GCSE Biology in the morning and Technology exam in the afternoon will still go ahead as planned. The breakfast revision will be delivered virtually, details to follow from Mr Wardle and Mr Haywood.

Please can students arrive on site by no later than 9:15am for a prompt start to the exam and for those who have an exam in the afternoon, please arrive 15 minutes before your exam.  

Because there is a burst water pipe, there will be limited toilet facilities available, it is therefore really important that students have used toilet facilities at home before coming to school. As usual students are expected to bring their own bottles of water for the examination. For obvious reasons students will be required to leave the school site immediately their exam has finished.

There will be no canteen facilities open for refreshments.

We apologise for this disruption but will ensure that this examination will run as smoothly as normal.
