Our cluster primary schools participated in our Dodgeball tournament hosted by Cottingham High School on Tuesday 3 March. The event consisted of eleven teams from four schools playing games against each other from Year 5/6. Teams consisted of mixed squads with some schools entering more than one team.  All competitors played with high energy levels, competitive team spirit and showed good sportsmanship. Lots of parents attended to watch the event to encourage and support their teams.  It has been noted that this event has been the highest number of teams entered ever.

The winners this year are a strong Westfield A team unbeaten in the tournament. We congratulate them in their success.

I would also like to thank and acknowledge our Year 8 and year 11 Sports Leaders from Cottingham High School who helped officiate the event this year. We thank all teachers, staff and parents supporting their teams making the competition possible.
